In addition to our successful self-assembly jack plug, we have developed the
RCA/cinch plug with screw connection
. With an insulation made of high-molecular, thermoplastic material, it has extremely
low contact resistance
and is particularly suitable as a hi-fi/high-end connector.

, designed for cable diameters of 4.0-6.8 mm.
The ideal wire cross-section is 0.34 mm
2 to 1.00 mm2. Smaller cross-sections can be doubled.
The RCA/cinch panel jack is a 2-pin female jack with gold-plated contacts. It is designed as a soldered version with PTFE insulation and has a thread with an outer diameter of 8.0 mm.
